scmorph.pl.pca(adata, annotate_var_explained=True, **kwargs)

Principal component analysis [Pedregosa et al., 2011].

This function wraps the higher-level function pca() ([Wolf et al., 2018]).

Parameters:

adata AnnData

AnnData object

annotate_var_explained bool (default: True)

Annotate the variance explained by each component in the plot axis labels.

kwargs

Additional arguments passed to pca().

Return type:

Axes | list[Axes] | None
